How do I put a <halt></halt> in the sexual subroutine in my life so I can be more focused on math & science?

Reminder yourself every minute to stop sexual thoughts.
Run that subroutine throughout your waking day. Maybe you need a earpod that reminds you that with a soft whisper. With modern BT5 and battery, you can easily have a long lasting BT earpod that runs for days without recharge. So have that on you. It will remind you every minute or so to keep you alert. When your mind roams to sexual thoughts, it will remind you to stop. When your hands roam to your pockets, it will remind you to stop masturbating. When you're in the midst of being aroused, it will remind you.
The 1 minute timer, it could be 3 minute timer, it could be 5 minute timer, whatever is necessary for you to remind yourself of that. Thats the <halt> </halt> which inserts itself in every waking thought.
