You will be a billionaire if you can figure out how to make a cordless vacuum cleaner that is NOT quite as loud as the turbofan engines on a Boeing 747.

I'm waiting to see active sound cancellation in consumer products, or jet engines for that matter. Such a system could have an array of tiny pushrods that detect a sound wave and push against the vibrating surface with an equal and opposite force, cancelling out the sound wave. The very large telescope does something like that on its mirror to cancel the twinkling of stars so why not for sound?

its called "precision and high quality parts cost lots of money"
it already costs a couple thousand with chinkshit
i think i had one of these, not that loud
very quiet by other cleaner standards

nope, its noise, like noise noise, unpredictable random pressurewaves shooting out from said engine

That is exactly what the atmospheric disturbances that make stars twinkle are.

Can't be done, those features are mutually incompatible. A vacuum that is quiet and light won't be a very good vacuum. A vacuum that's silent and has good suction will be heavy and not portable and vacuum that has good suction and is light will be loud. Bonus points for meme solutions that destroy all 3 characteristics while inflating the price.

Even if someone figured this out, there would only be a niche market for it.

you'd be better off just having earbuds you never have to take off that can't be seen so you can wear them at work and can adjust outside noise for you

Why not put the entire vacuum cleaner inside a vacuum?
