If you have a pile of sand and take away one grain of sand, the pile is still there.
If you have a pile of sand and take away two grains of sand, the pile is still there.
...
At what point does what is left over stops being a pile of sand?

When sand is not longer placed on top of other grains of sand. Obviously. Like you don't even have to remove grains to stop it from being a pile of sand, just spread it out over a large area.

>bizzare image
>stupid semantic logic problem
semantic problems are stupid, they only work because there is no set definition for how many grains of sand are in a pile
have a hot room, reduce the temperature by 1c every few seconds
when does the room turn from hot to cold? top 10 questions science cant answer
its the same as the ship of Theseus
do you class the ship as all of its exact atoms? or the idea of the function and vague definition of the ship , boom, paradox solved

What is this this thing you call sand? Define it. Pulverized rocks? How small do you have to make a rock before it stops being a rock, and is sand? Where do rocks come from? Boulders? How small do you have to make a boulder before it stops being a boulder and starts being a rock?
