I find it almost impossible to get out of bed, why does this happen to me? What is the science behind it?

Get out of bed right now and prove me wrong that you won’t.

You may have a sleep disorder if you don't feel rested after sleeping.

Not necessarily. You can choke yourself in your sleep if you have the wrong type of pillow. This can happen even without a sleep disorder. The solution is a memory foam pillow.

If God gave you ownership of land, housing and your ideal waifu and all you needed to do was go over there you would have no problem getting out of bed. Anons are so blue pilled nowadays they will talk out of their ass to hide the fact that the carrots are gone so all you're going to get is the stick but the stick is tiring, it's chronic stress for little to no reward.

Well, according to rules of late stage capitalism on the overpopulated Earth your life is objectively pointless:
- you have no capital,
- you have no good looks - otherwise you wouldn't be here asking this question,
- basic statistics tells us there are hundreds of thousands of people that can do what you do, do it better and for cheaper.
You have nothing to offer to anyone, in fact you're a waste of precious resources.
Your feelings are reflection of the above.

Few things to check
Is your life stable-ish ie have some source of income? Minor job related stress is fine
Do you walk at least few times a week?
Do you eat healthy?
Do you sleep at consistent times and not too late night?
Do you get 8 hours of sleep?
