๐Ÿงต Sodium intake

Anonymous No. 16069373

Is it true that you need to have a low sodium diet to be healthy? The food industry has lied about lots of things pertaining to healthy diets. For example, seed oils as a replacement for natural fats. How much sodium is really bad for you? How do we know it causes cardiovascular issues?

The salt jew needs to be exposed and rejected.

yes good goy
that cheap white crystal that can be extracted freely from seawater is bad for you
buy my alternative food products that are low in sodium
it's more expensive but better for you

>that can be extracted freely from seawater
Salt that you just extract from seawater tastes like ass. There are plenty of other salts in there other than NaCl.

as usual foods typically associated with high sodium content are highly processed. cut out processed food, cook your food yourself and salt to your liking.

True. I've been cooking at home as much as I can.

Sodium itself isn't bad, its necessary for you to live. Its just that the amount of sodium in the processed food we eat is often too high
>For example, seed oils
What even is this seed oil meme thats everywhere right now? Sure they're not good for you but now people are acting like they're super healthy and enlightened because they won't eat this one specific unhealthy thing, all the while ignoring all the other super processed shit they eat

They are absolutely linked to rising heart disease and cancer. I totally get what you mean but a big reason processed foods are so processed is because of seed oils themselves. There are lots of other reason why processed food is bad, thats just one of them.

They're bad but I'm seeing a lot of people thinking they've got it all figured out because they won't cook with seed oils while completely forgetting about all the shit they shove down their greasy throats, much of which probably contains seed oils they don't even realise is there because its not directly laid out in front of them

The IQ required to make chemistry observations precludes ~90% of humans from ever making them. This majority is reduced to stammering symbolic regurgitation of terms and slogans, forever.

most of the salt we eat is excreted in our urine, which means we eat more salt than our bodies need
it's more urgent to get rid of processed foods and sneed oils than salt itself
