Is there any harm in micro needling or laser skin resurfacing for acne scars? I have some nasty post acne scars that I want to get rid off, but wondering about any long term consequences or which would be better

laser skin resurfacing seems to be one of the popular treatments. It will usually say acne or whatever on the website of the place that offers that service

I was looking into laser resurfacing, but was offered micro needling. It's supposed to be new and less invasive, from what I understand, it's cheaper and you won't have to look like shit for at least a week and wear sunscreen. But still want to hear more about it
