Was the Holocaust scientifically possible?
>The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum gives a broader definition of Holocaust survivors: "The Museum honors any persons as survivors, Jewish or non-Jewish, who were displaced, persecuted, or discriminated against due to the racial, religious, ethnic, social, and political policies of the Nazis and their collaborators between 1933 and 1945. In addition to former inmates of concentration camps, ghettos, and prisons, this definition includes, among others, people who lived as refugees or people who lived in hiding."[3]
At the start of World War II in September 1939, about nine and a half million Jews lived in the European countries that were either already under the control of Nazi Germany or would be invaded or conquered, either willingly or by force during the war.[8][9] Almost two-thirds of these European Jews, nearly six million people, were annihilated, so that by the end of the war in Europe in May 1945, about 3.5 million of them had survived.[1][10] As of January 2024, about 245,000 survivors were alive.[11]

The Holocaust is by now one of the best researched and documented events in history. Any remaining doubt is not scepticism, but an outright wilful refusal to accept the answers provided, and therefore inherently a conspiracy theory implicating the entire wider scientific and academic community (and, of course, every Jew somehow).

Too bad most people, including the far leftists and the far right are going to assume that Hitler was trying to save the Palestinians from the Jews so the Holocaust was self defense. Jews are trying to strip themselves of the protection that the Holocaust gave them.

Cristina Nord from Die Tageszeitung criticized the portrayal, and said that though it was important to make films about perpetrators, "seeing Hitler cry" had not informed her on the last days of the Third Reich.[57]
They just got it wrong. Bad people do not walk around with claws like vicious monsters, even though it might be comforting to think so. Everyone intelligent knows that evil comes along with a smiling face.[16]
—Hirschbiegel in 2015, on the criticism surrounding the portrayal of Hitler
Downfall was the subject of dispute by critics and audiences in Germany before and after its release, with many concerned regarding Hitler's portrayal in the film as a human being with emotions in spite of his actions and ideologies.[42][30][51] The portrayal sparked debate in Germany due to publicity from commentators, film magazines, and newspapers,[25][52] leading the German tabloid Bild to ask the question, "Are we allowed to show the monster as a human being?"[25]
