what's the limit of Bayes' theorem, can you truely predict everything? what's the latest and the most advance prediction mechanism that knows all human behavior prior to their decision?

My way of looking at Bayes' theorem isn't so much that it lets you predict anything, more that you can more easily quantify how much (or how little) you know.
