how do we save the universe from entropy?

we don't, we go in another one before this goes to shit.

There is a creation mechanism in the universe that allowed energy to spawn from nothing.

Why would you want to do that?

Permanence is more valuable than novelty, and you already know the terrifying attraction that novelty causes.

Zero evidence of big crunch or big rip. Vacuum energy must be uniform and always present according to what we've seen.
Doing a second big bang while outside of it, you'll just be blasted away. And you obviously cannot do that outside.
Boltzmann brain and using stable particles to persist computation is not feasible - vacuum energy will eventually cause too many errors. Plus, far too slow.
String theory is patently bullshit.
Merging with the universe on a quantum foam level is the only solution. You can then figure out the mechanism behind vacuum energy and either use it, make more of it, or harvest it to go up a level where you compute using big bangs.
Alien competition may be a problem as they may have the same idea. But most aliens are probably idiots and nowhere near egotistic enough, and in a 100 billion years from now, once the evidence of a big bang is gone, they won't even know anything about the universe to do anything about it.

You gonna disappear anyway, so the universe deserves the same.

well, that's easy: stop teaching that pseudoscientific concept
