I'm a retard but I'm very interested in learning about nuclear physics as a sort of hobby. Does /sci/ have any resources for physics/nuclear physics textbooks?

Krane's Introductory Nuclear Physics is a standard reference. If I remember rightly it's "okay".

Oh, there's also Greiner's Nuclear Models, but that one requires a lot more background (At least Griffiths QM and Greiner's Symmetries of Quantum Mechanics IIRC).

watch PBS space from the beginning. the first host is meh but he's replaced fairly early and replacement is excellent.
they do digestible science from the smallest to largest. often touching on things like quantum interference and interaction. if you want more info on a topic most of their episodes have a fairly in depth source list
