How do I find a square root as if it was a long division problem????
like it seems like this should be possible, because I can imagine the first step, for example
12345
i could like, put 11 as an approximation of sqrt(123) and approximate 1100 as the square root...
11
______
|
| 12345
- 121
-----------
245
but i wouldn't know what to do next
how the heck does the remaining 245 get rooted and factored in to a closer approximation????
