What are the primary colors?
>The primary colors are Red, Green, Blue, get it straight you dingus, your eyes are engineered to perceive Red light, Green light and Blue light, Yellow and Magenta and Cyan are colors that happen when both cones of different types are triggered and not a single one, thus making them secondary colors
Why do people say Magenta is an illusory color?
>People are wrong to assume that Magenta is special in that regard, Yellow and Cyan are also illusions if we speak from the logic that they're just perceptions that happen when two cones are triggered, Red and Green for Yellow, Blue and Green for Cyan
Why is RYB still a popular color template if they aren't the primary colors?
>At this point those color models are only kept due to tradition rather than because they are actual primaries, they are outdated since we know that Yellow is not a primary color
Why do people seem to disagree on Cyan being a shade of Blue?
>For years people mistakenly thought that Cyan is light blue while the real Blue is called dark blue or indigo, the reason for this was because Cyan was considered the true Blue for years and pure Blue was considered dark blue/indigo for years, but more people are starting to recognize that they are different colors now
What is the opposite of Green?
>The opposite of Green is Magenta, and not Red as many people still believe these days
What is the opposite of Blue?
>It's Yellow, and not Orange or Red who are more opposites to Azure and Cyan
Is brown its own color?
>No, brown is literally just a dark shade of Orange, people believe that brown light cannot exist when it is as simple as contrasting orange light to make it appear that way
