🧵 i look like shit.

Anonymous No. 16080836

Ive aged horribly, all the stress of the past 3 years are ingrained in my face with wrinkles and saggyish skin.
What supplements can i take
what cosmetic procedures should i seek to undo the dammage.
I dont want to get fillers and botox however..but what is the best way to counteract that?

How old are you, and what caused you so much stress the past three years? My girlfriend would recommend some pure Moroccan argon oil for dry skin.

My life is more stressful than yours. Work, finances, no free time for fun or anything. I haven't aged. Been this way for over a decade.

Aging is from drinking alcohol mostly. I don't drink and I am in my late 30s. Everyone who drinks and I'll further add, fucks all the time looks like shit.

The only things I attribute to my health is not drinking and reducing the frequency of sex and masturbation as much as possible. I don't even have gray hair or wrinkles.

You sound like the most insufferable shitbag on this unfortunate Earth. I've been a functional alcoholic my entire adult life, fuck my fiancé at least 4-5 times a week, and don't have a wrinkle.

Im 38, a stupid cunt that choose an even more stupid job with terrible shifts and low wage, i dont smoke, i dont drink, but my nervous system is at its peak. bad sleep, though regular workout and water and healthy meals. fit body but a face to dunk in a bucket.
I dont want to use invasive methods, but i dont know where to start either.
I take anti-oxidants, but they seem to just hold the status quo as best as possible. However i want to really reverse the aging process if thats possible.
Skin is not dry, so the argon oil wont quite work.
Instead its dull, have frown wrinkles and my skin isnt as tight anymore.
Is there a better supplement i could use maybe?

quit your job, anon. I know that's hard to do but if it interferes with your sleep and you value youthfulness over whatever lousy money you make from it there's no way around it. Sleep is when all the repair processes happen that you want to take advantage of.
generally if you want to improve the look (and youthfulness of your skin), try increasing your growth-hormone levels. (I know you mentioned you're working out, so ... if you can't get any improvement from that your last resort is called MK-677. Do not attempt to go with anything more 'effective'.)
also generally: reduce inflammtion - that is the cold shower meme and the 15 minutes a day increasing your core temperature towards you have a sweat.
also try increasing consumption of colourful produce like peppers or carrots. (don't turn yourself yellow.)
and for the large wrinkles ... reduce your stress:
if you have stress related forehead wrinkles they are partially caused by your eyes being constantly open like you're shocked. (sry I can't into english very well) + generally there's sagging of the skin from loss of subcutaneous fat in your face (happens with aging)
... idk what to do about it other than fillers. maybe try exercising your face muscles for more volume. I heard chewing is a good exercise. ...
from the supplement side: look into everything that has to do with sirtuins / nad and get off the antioxidants (unless they are cysteine ...) because ROS plays a signalling function in your cells that triggers repair and maintenance processes and you might be overriding the signalling part.
(like imagine high dose vitamin e supplementation to increase chances of lung cancer in ex-smokers because it silences the signalling coming from having a fucked up lung screaming for repair.)

I hope I am not coming off too autistic and I could give you some ideas.

oh and if you're really serious:
get a pig.

none
the only solution is to heal your body from inside, anything else is cope
>stop doing whatever is causing you stress
>stop waking up to an alarm
>stop eating toxic foods like vegetables, grains, processed junk or seed oils
>avoid fibres
>eat some raw foods every week (eggs, raw cheese, raw meat, raw milk)
>stop trying to outsmart nature

I contributed. Alcohol is much worse for aging than stress is.

Why does it make you so upset? My frequency of sexual release and stimulation is lower because since I was a teenager I deliberately minimized masturbation and avoided it as much as possible. I attribute this to slower aging in retrospect as most people make no effort whatsoever to avoid it. I've had sex before. Notice the same side effects as I get from masturbation. My infrequent relationships were driven by pleasure, no real reason for them and certainly were not ideal as mates to have had children with.

>Moroccan argon oil
Meme. Take hyloronic acid and use red light therapy and once skin is hydrated take tretinion the prescription retinal. Snake oil women say is good does not work. Also look into copper peptides for the face.

So much this. This guy went to school with me. Smoking weed at 15, heavy drinking throughout school. Now he's around 31/32 and looks 60.

Ironic how weed and alcohol shorten lifespan in animals... yet are universally accepted by society, pop culture, and the media pushes both... but morphine extends lifespan in animals and opioids are vilified and banned. Really makes you think.
