It's not even cold weather in California. The eagles are simply breeding at a very high altitude, according to the article which no one seems to have read.

bald eagles build nests that they occupy for decades on end, but if something goes wrong on year the tend to abandon the nest and try a new location. that nest has worked out in previous year, but it didn't this year because the weather in SoCal is so much colder this year

global warming predicts more extremes, more out of season weather, more large storms, bigger storms.
snow out of season in places like CA was predicted as early as the 60s by oil companies.

those birds have bred successfully in that nest in the past, this year its too cold for them to. that proves its cooler now than it was in the past, no thermometers needed

CO2 isn't a greenhouse gas, thats already long since been proved. On Earth CO2 acts as a coolant because CO2 instigates photosynthesis which locks away solar energy as physical mass without ever reemitting it

Alright. So I'll post the way it works and you feel free to "correct" it. Then I'll explain how that violates conservation of energy.
>Plants absorb sunlight and store the energy in the chemical bonds of sugar made from carbon dioxide and water
>The plant uses the stored energy to grow and perform other life functions
>This releases carbon dioxide and water as sugar is broken down for energy
>The plant is eaten or dies and rots
>The remaining sugars and the rest of the plant are metabolized, releasing the last of the stored energy and carbon dioxide.
Photosynthesis at no point "locks away solar energy as physical mass without ever reemitting it"
