I definitely relate to this and believe it. I’m addicted to my phone but about 6-8 weeks ago, I went two whole weeks of intense fasting from it. I ended up getting a lot of mental clarity back.
I work a job with a lot of number sequences and I always had to take pictures of them to go and locate parts because I could never remember in the 10 steps from the computer to the parts room. During those two weeks (about 72 hours in) I was suddenly able to remember sequences and phone numbers for multiple days. It was incredible.
I need to get back to that phone usage again…

Sounds about right my memory is shocking but it's probably reversible I would like to hope
