Why did tha universe start out with extremely low entropy? It makes more sense for it to start out high entropy.

Gravity played a crucial role in maintaining this state after the Big Bang. The distribution of matter, particularly hydrogen and helium, in a nearly uniform manner contributed to this low entropy condition. The rapid expansion of space post-Big Bang also helped maintain this low entropy state by preventing reactions from reaching equilibrium and keeping the universe in a metastable state with cold hydrogen.

Why did you start out really tiny and grow over time instead of starting as a large sized person that regressed over time to a single cell ala benjamin button?
