because they're low IQ
the media meme that they're smart is only a recent development, until a few decades ago they were generally considered to be dangerously moronic mental cases.

Because we have to work with limited information the whole time. Also, we often only get the bare minimum of instrumentation. When our pleas are finally answered, we willingly incorporate the new information into our theories rather than clinging to dogma

How would you predict that blue balls exist when you've only ever had evidence for red balls?

bias and preconceived notions about what they believe should be true. and also wanting to be apart of a dominant culture, so they adopt the beliefs of people also in that culture, to fit in or gain social status. could be so they get a promotion, so they can get more job opportunities, so they can feel more educated, so they can say they share the same beliefs as experts in the field, or other such reasons.

i'm sure extracting more information out of the universe will resolve all of the contradictions we've produced (and not produce more of them)

The paper by the scientist:
>this experimental weather model by Xuei Hong et al. had on average, an increased accuracy of 4.86% over other models, but tended to forecast lower temperatures than the observed dataset
The journalists' article about that paper:
>SCIENTISTS PROVE WE'RE ENTERING A NEW FUCKING ICE AGE BITCHES!! THEIR NEW AGI FROM CHINA PROVED THAT SHIT USING QUANTUM CRYPTO BLOCKCHAINS!!! ELON MUSK IS FURIOUS!!
