Doesn't really seem curable. Every shrink will give you Olanzapine/Quetiapine which will reduce some of the symptoms at the expense of entirely fucking you up in other ways eg no boner, big boobs, fat as fuck. Mental health is no joke my niggas.

Pushing keto as cure for everything isn't really helpful and gives false hopes to people. I find it strange when a supposed psychiatrist makes light statement like "mental disorders are metabolic disorders of the brain" like wtf every disease is some form of metabolic disorder in the cells. They should be focusing on *what* causes metabolic disorder in the first place and fix that. Start putting keto to fix that without knowing the actual cause is meaningless

I'd categorise all of them as useless advices. Because sadly once you go schizo, you cannot revert back. I'm talking this from a first hand experience.
