how long does cognitive recovery from heavy, chronic, high THC weed use and sleep deprivation take
asking because i want to try and get my life together and go back to school and i cant apply myself to anything right now

Depends. When were you using THC? If you were younger than 18 then the deficits are permanent. As for sleep deprivation, if it was bad enough then it can be permanent too.

Maybe a week. I smoked tons of weed and stopped a number of times and it only ever took a few days usually
