It still will but less and less exponentially over time until it reaches the point where we can’t go much or any further and only get linear improvements from increasing computer size.

isn't it weird how we always end up in dichotomies which have no relation to the actual issue? it's like they're specifically designed to hide the issue. many such cases in many different fields

No. Electronic circuitry cant get smaller nor faster (heat dissipation)
