My goal is to work in the nuclear sector but... Since I played stalker and read about Chernobyl I have been interested in the topic, but I decided to study environmental engineering, and I am not going to change my option. Do you think I can go to work in a nuclear plant or related?

With environmental engineering? Maybe? If you try to go for the more civil engineering side of the field you might be able to work on nuclear power at some level. The more nuclear focused stuff will probably be left to nuclear engineers, electrical engineers or civil engineers who actually properly specialized in that stuff.

Worst case you just get a master's in nuke and apply to junior engineering roles
