Why did evolution/god make us crave unhealthy things?

Unhealthy things actually contain what we need but in very high proportions.
The problem is with almost every ingredient being so refined, it's way too easy to consume too much and being refined means there is lesser nutritional value.

We are very heavily selected to like calorie dense foods. Getting enough calories must’ve been a massive obstacle in our evolutionary history.
We also are selected to like grilled and fried foods as cooking things on fire was a major factor in our brain growth and shortening of our intestines.

All you hear and read about this topic is lies except this post: no one has a clue how appetite and satisfaction works. You can be satisfied with a plain bowl of white rice but then some scientist will tell you that you can't because glucose / insulin swings and lack of fibre.

No we are not. People aren't fat because they eat too much, but because their mitochondria are failing.

It is only unhealthy when you eat it all the time. You are drawn to high calorie foods because when you didnt have tons of it to eat it all the time it was crucial to your survival

Let's imagine some thing A. Consuming thing A gives your body 100 points of benefit, but also causes 2 damage. Consuming thing A is absolutely delicious, comparable to sex, drugs, and the best food all rolled into one. Note that the 2 damage can't be undone by the 100 points of benefit. Meaning you definitely accumulate the 2 points of damage.
So what do you think would happen? Would people stop consuming thing A? We just established it's not actually "bad" for you -- just compare the 100 points of benefit with the 2 points of damage. But do you think it's nevertheless possible to overdo consuming it?

False analogy because consumption of anything causes wear of the machine and even the least eroding foods have opportunity cost. Besides we lack measurement to determine each moment what the bottleneck is like you can do with a computer.

Unhealthy food, alcohol, gambling, etc. All of it has a dysgenic effect. So for instance, super high IQ people may be more prone to alcoholism, or have an addiction to gambling, etc. Same thing with burgers/fries.
Eventually, like with alcohol, humans will build up a genetic "resistance" to these dysgenic effects.

You have low dopamine being produced in your genetically inferior brain.
Here's your prescription to increase dopamine. 10,000iu vitamin d3 with a fatty meal like milk every morning. Holy basil from carlyle.
Both increase prefrontal cortex dopamine.
This will stop you from eating so much food over time.

>10,000iu vitamin d3
Any advice on the quality of such supplement? I'm paranoid that most of it is oxidized oil with little biological activity.

Our bodies naturally crave sugar and fats since those nutrients are highly conserved as adipose fat for burning at a later time, but the problem with these foods is that they're so high in sugar and fat that most people don't burn off the excess since they sit at a computer all day.

Buy from carlyle, on Amazon, carlyle brand vitamin d3 and holy basil, take the holy basil 3 to 4 hours after vitamin d3 so neither interfere with eachother.
I believe holy basil is absorbed more efficiently with a fatty meal, such as lunch, it's your choice to eat it with a meal or not, as long as it contains fat.
Vitamin d3 requires a fatty meal to absorb with the highest efficiency. I take it every morning with a half cup of milk, I feel it within an 1 hour of doing this.
