well, it very much depends on your goal(s).
we're evolved to be as adaptable as possible within our environment, without the features being spread too thin.
adding or focusing on certain features will always come at the expense of others, and therefore disrupt the balance/adaptability of a normal human, so it's good to have goals/priorities before messing with stuff.
