Bros my roommate and his girlfriend are fighting next to my room. They do this constantly and the girlfriend is always crying. Is this normal in college?

This happens literally every time his girlfriend comes over unless theyre eating and cooking in which case it happens only half the time. Its a small college but still an engineering college. Is the culture just like this in college? I thought this was what happens when youre out of college. Ive never dated so I have literally no experience in this since all I do is study, is it weird or am I the weird one?

Women will put up with anything if you make them orgasm. I'm serious. You can yell at them until they cry every night or beat them to within an inch of their life and they'd love you. Anyone who calls her a delusional idiot shed rebuff with "okay and? I love him. He loves me too."

Do I just wait until I move out for next semster to a different dorm room or what? Also should I just focus on school for the rest of college or should I look to get more social? Im very motivated about my future but kind of anti-social and not sure if thats normal to be more work focused in college.

"Hey guys, would you mind keeping it down? I'm trying to sleep/study/whatever". If they are loud and shitty, move out.

he's not wrong, women do love their abusive boyfriends, but I don't know why specifically in this situation they refuse to use hypergamy to jump to a "better" guy

LMAO, do you even have a solid plan to monetize that degree, or you are just another moron that believes you will get a job after getting a degree in this economy?

I went to an engineering specific college, and I'm doing pretty well in grades though obviously thats not enough. I also have to get an internship in my 'sector' if I want to graduate so I think that will also help. Obviously I wont immediatly be going for full time engineer with 100k or some deluded bullshit like that, maybe I start off at some low pay job just to get experience if I really fuck it up but there are allot of start ups in spaceflight that I think I might atleast be able to get a paid internship at since thats what most of them offer (Ive looked). Im also doing a bunch of stuff like founding a club (half fun half work) and I think I'm gonna be taking pretty useful courses for concentrations like engineering failure analysis, orbital mechanics, intro to aero structures etc. If I cant get a job in spaceflight specifically I could shift my focus to aerospace just to get started, and my family knows a couple smaller companies in that industry that I could alteast try to get a foothold in and certified. Nothing is guaranteed though, obviously fresh college graduate isnt that appealing so I thought maybe I go for a masters if it appeals to me since that always helps. Im also taking special summer courses that definetly appeal to spaceflight companies though dont wanna say more. Still I think that theres like a 50/50 I get a regular job to start and maybe like a 80/20 of a low level labor job to start in the industry. Ive got some skills with working with my hands too.

No, this is not normal. Engineering students are not supposed to have girlfriends.
