I know nothing about the fundamentals of dieting but I've been getting into dieting for the past week or so, building one overtime the more I learn and about to do supplementing (Staying away from commercial sales because supplements aren't monitored by the fda and have repeatedly been found to have contained other drugs and chemicals to rope you in), I have NO idea where to really begin because I'm not deep enough. I want to achieve higher dopamine, cognition, gut health, overall health, overall energy, sleep, mood and slow the rate of aging as much as I can. (I exercise.) So far I have a list of foods, teas and supplements. It's shit and unfinished. Here:
Chicken
Beef
Chicken Liver
Avocado
Pineapple
Salmon
Kiwi
Almonds
Walnuts
Green Tea (remove pesticides w baking soda + water)
Chamomile (remove pesticides w baking soda+water)
Peanut Oil
Garlic
Onion
Chia Seed
Organic Butter
Rice
Lions Mane
Black kernel pepper corns (10 a day)
Herba Matte
Potatoes
I plan on removing pesticides when needed with baking soda and water, heard that works. Everything I'm consuming holds some sort of purpose here so far. Dont mind getting complicated for the benefits of everything I listed.

All the vitamins and a lot of minerals you need is are found in chlorella. Never use synthetic supplements (the ones with isolated molecules, specially if they are inorganic molecules), always search for these compounds in natural foods.
