Biology experts, What is the inbreeding risk of marrying your first cousin, and is it significantly increased if our grandparents were also first cousins? As a side note in some old child photos, we do appear to look quite similar and could be mistaken for siblings in them.

If I didn't have any genetic issues directly caused by it, I would be fine with it.
