early 20s, khhv hikikomori broken by trauma, I have a hard time focusing on things because I am dealing with intrusive thoughts constantly and I can't move forward in my life, it's been a long time since I've been able to really fully learn things, I'm severely stuck. I have simply given up, I have been dealing with this for 4 years and my last years of brain development are mostly lost. I have taken an IQ test 4 years ago, it was mid 120, a few days ago I took another one again and it is slightly above 100, I know that at this rate of unstimulating environment and high stress it will continue to decrease, although there is nothing What can I do about it, I can't control it. Regarding the purpose of this thread, I am trying to ask if I still have time to achieve the maximum potential that I was supposed to ever have or is it over.
Sorry for the retarded schizophrenic babbling, I didn't sleep for 2 days.
Unironically considering suicide.
