First out? OK, optical tweezer depositing of carbon atoms into graphene film.
>I.
Laser light is easily split, phased, measured, scaled and produced. Distributing some carbon gas in a hexagonal lattice on molecular scale should be easy enough with existing technologies used in electronics and atomic machine construction.
The laser beams could even just make a sweeping sway through the gas to pick up the molecules in the wavelengths troughs. Bringing the line of gas molecules into the graphene grid above a surface ready to absorb non-carbon atom with an energetic punch. Thus letting the carbon settle into graphene at a bond energy of 615 KJ/mol.
>II.
Carbon dioxide is abundant with an covalent bond strength of ~800 kJ/mol.
>III.
Silicon manufacturing is molecular precise and well studied. Silicone as a recipient of the oxygen at a bond strength of 452 kJ.
>IV.

Your are definitely on to something. My fav creme de pagoc is salted almonds in real cream. Protein packed and succulent roasted nuts must only be the beginning on this path of combinatorics. Curry chicken, smoked salami etc just won't be a miss!
It's worth is founded on innate natural [citation needed] appetite, it's a never-ending source of revenue.
