๐๏ธ ๐งต I seriously need advice

Pre-med here. I'm a senior studying math and I plan to go to be a doctor. It's the one career I'm truly interested in.
I don't know what the problem is, but I legitimately don't enjoy school AT ALL.
I can't pay attention in lecture (really, I just don't pay attention in lecture, because I don't care), I procrastinate on assignments, I cut corners in learning just to get the grade.
It feels like there is absolutely no reward or payoff for any of this work, and so my brain just doesn't give a fuck.
Is medical school gonna be any different?

I guess it's different in every country but as a med student here, it's always working if you are interested, just push yourself to study wih passion, don't loose your time on a thousand passion focus on med school and you'll enjoy it, thats why there is so much outside schools clubs, project etc from the uni here ( and because we are all raging alcholics )
Also you are studying math, it's boring useless and has nothing to do with medical studies were you see things that are not useless numbers

medical school was fun up until rotations, then it's boring af. the job itself is extremely boring too.
i'd honestly reconsider it.

This relates to neither.

Cโs get degrees anon you just gotta pass who gives a fuck. Same boat studying engineering. The occasional math word problem that pertains to an engineering concept even if just barely will ignite a little short term interest but other than that it does feel very mundane and I canโt for the life of me feel like the work Iโm doing is going to result in future money. Just trudging my way through school

one motherfucker did this at the fair in town. He leaned back too far and rippen through that canvas ceiling above him. I guess it fling him about a block away before he landed in somebody's yard.
They still use the same machine, but there's a huge duct tapped patch over one of those triangles in the ceiling.
