My dad's only information source is those shitty online "articles" provided by firefox and windows by default.
Not judging because my only source is 4chan and youtube.
How do you get good information nowadays? Does paying for it increases quality? What about scientific information?

This is a good if difficult question to answer and I think I'm in a similar position.
We know just how unreliable and prone to selective editing or removal online resouces like wikipedia are

There are some advantages from going back to paper since there's more accountability and a simple economic feedback, loop but if you look at the traditional print media so many small independents have been swallowed up by propaganda pushers.

While small bloggers are even harder to find than ever because of the way search engines have been broken

>How do you get good information nowadays?
You can't. Everything is compromised, there is no replacement for thinking for yourself.

tamponde pericarditis from hearts immune cells, which can attack the heart lining sometimes for some reason
This leads to a pericardial effusion or otherwise inflamed, with a pericardial rub,
can be caused from bacteria or fungi,
Blood (haemopytsis), can be infected (sepsisaemia) or have parasites. Good soil wouldn't be bad for the blood

I was showed some info on the increased amount of certain agents on dirt causing the plants to give people a higher chance of having illnesses, I don't remember shit of specifics, but the idea is that by having trash dirt, eating vegetables and fruits made from that dirt increases rates of specific illnesses, and heart disease was one of the examples

Rise in heart problems is because retarded pandemic overlords closed down gyms and insisted fat people were somehow healthy and not at risk of dying to some coof. Fat people drop dead and the world blames the coof for it.

Look at all the propaganda blaming everything other than the vax for heart attacks. Its almost as if someone paid off the media to shill that narrative

So much progress, all thanks to science.
Picrel is what the grocery store looked like 60 years ago, but thanks to all this wonderful progress it looks a lot different these days
