I’m 38 and I legitimately look like I’m in my early 20’s and I will say undoubtedly this is the gayest fucking shit ever. If you’re so obsessed with looking young forever all you really need is to eat healthy, take some collagen and a few vitamins, do cardio, wear sunscreen, and maybe even lift.
