This guy humiliated Bryan Johnson. Looks 30 something at 61. The question everyone wants to know, is his method legit? What do you guys think?

We'll see how these anti-aging fanatics hold up to time. They may look young, but we really don't know if they're just gonna rapidly age by the time they hit 70, or 80 with no measurable like extension.

I’m 38 and I legitimately look like I’m in my early 20’s and I will say undoubtedly this is the gayest fucking shit ever. If you’re so obsessed with looking young forever all you really need is to eat healthy, take some collagen and a few vitamins, do cardio, wear sunscreen, and maybe even lift. It’s most skin health and diet—everything else is just vain faggotry.

it is sadly
there's massive acceleration once you're older than 35 and then it's light speed aging past 70

Some of them were saying it's based on compounding effects.
Muscle building slows -> Less gym activity -> less strength....etc.
But they're planning on tackling some of the intermediate effects.

If he's 61 then he obviously dyes his hair and beard.

Not necessarily. There are people in my family with zero grey hair in their 70s. He probably has good hair genetics regardless of his routine.

So because your dad secretly dyes his hair, he has a patent on it and nobody else can be as insecure as he is about getting old?
