I think renewable energy is interesting. I don't really care about the climate, I just want to be able to travel and build stuff like turbines and pumps.
Taking a shit (on the toilet). I am in school part-time but want to be full-time here in a year or two.

I was always pretty good at math and find the college level classes easy so I'm majoring in it.

Got into by being interested in black plague history as a kid (always like macabre stuff), so now I'm studying to be an M.D.

I've never studied science or maths. I only come here to post misinformation and see if it ever gets repeated.

There's a test in Brazil famous for its difficulty, the entrance exam of ITA, an engineering college. The test features extremely hard math, physics and chemistry questions, close to the levels of olympiads. There's no chance in hell I'm going to pass it, but ever since I learned about this exam, I have started studying math through textbooks. I'm currently learning elementary algebra, and then I will learn functions, trig, and other topics. Hopefully in a year or two I'll be able to start majoring in something like engineering, math or physics.

Physics-exchange and reddit-sci was too pompous and would never answer anything in simple terms. Its like they would paste textbook paragraphs that would be clear to them but not to someone whos literally asking for help with the material. Zero pedgagogical value.
Quora was destroyed by pajeets posting wikipedia.

China conducts more general entrance exams which determines whether or not a student can attend a university, which ones and what majors he can choose from. I heard the same from Korea and Japan, but can't verify it.
