1) Where would modern LLMs fit on this chart?
2) LLMs aside, what might Level 10 represent in the distant future?

1- LLMs are machines, not a life form. They just do what they're told with randomization. They mimic level five or six but technically don't have any self-preservation.
2 - telepathy, illusion, alteration. Or if you don't believe in that, planning years in advance

I don't see why those would require any of the things listed in Level 9 and below. Octopuses and certain reptiles already have illusion for example.

Octopuses and certain reptiles can project psychic illusions onto others with their minds?

AI is bottlenecked by our inability to create true randomness

Their brains are in charge of setting what patterns their pigmentation cells look like, so yes.

That exact response is the reason I specified "psychic" illusions, you smug fuck.

1) It does not fit even on level 1 of this chart because it does not have autonomous agency and it is not capable of basic planning.
2) Something that replicates all facets of human intelligence, and also combines this with other faster forms of intelligence on specialised tasks. Basically what modern humans have already done.

Utter nonsense, we can create true randomness by simply measuring CMBR.
Get off this board midwit.

LLMs don't have any of these, they simulate portions of human cognition that they're told to.

Never thought of it like that. Lvl 2 or 3. If you know the history of AI, you know that planning is out of the question.

t. brainlet
it's currently potentially capped because it's jerk circling info, has limited access to the world, rationalize and understand shit, following context, compute, energy etc
If anything it's capped by it's ability to generate randomness
