How can I prove to you that I can predict the result of a coin flip? Would 20 consecutive guesses convince you? Maybe 30?

If you can truly predict the coin flip the number of correct responses is arbitrary. And as the skeptic I would seek to find the highest number, with in reason to prove you wrong or right beyond a shadow of a doubt. If you can guess it 20 times in a row you can guess it 200 or 2 million times in a row.
Can you get lucky and guess the flip outcome 30 times? Sure, unlikely but doable. Can you get lucky and guess the flip of 1000 coin tosses in a row? No, not unless you can truly predict the outcome. In reality I want to see 1 million correct guesses but I said "with in reason" and time is a factor.
