Is the sky cyan or blue or cyan and blue in special blend? Does the sky have special framework or is it as is?(I.e. is the top different from the sides? Should it's fullness be traded for something more specific such as a pinnacle and a thick ring?)

It is cyan and blue. It does have a special framework, the top should be considered separately to the sides.
