i use OUAI detox shampoo and ouai fine hair shampoo
and i use aveeno oat milk conditioner
i double shampoo. and alternate between the fine hair shampoo and the detox shampoo because youre only supposed to use the detox one once a week.
for double shampoo, i do leave one in for 45 seconds and one in for one minute
then i always make sure to squeeze the mids/ends of its excess water before putting the conditioner in my mids and ends
and then i leave it in there for 2:00
i shampoo when my hair gets greasy

oh and sometimes when it gets greasy i'll use my boar brush to disribute the oil. it helps but not really imo
