I feel like desensitization of medical staff in hospitals to fucked up shit do impact their mind pretty negatively to the point that they don’t really care if someone lives or dies at least to some extent. You guys think there’s anyway to fix this phenomenon? Of course there’s benefits to desensitization like being more calm but I also think it probably makes people less motivated making their work worse. Any studies or articles on this you guys know of?

Last I checked desensitization isn't really a thing which is why you see shit like the massive burnout rates among social workers, EMS workers, and 911 operators, or cops and dentists constantly killing themselves.

It's more like the fields inherently select for people that can avoid or deal with the work they require by ruining anyone else.

work in funeral home rn
was insanely funny in school seeing the goth girls slowly burn out when they realized how different gore is in real life compared to a twitter video of a guy getting shot
and the fact that they can't dress like Marilyn Manson

You're conflating caring about patients with coping with their deaths if it happens. Very stupid anon. Very stupid.

They don't care at all, none whatsoever, a lot of them get thrills by "accidentally" killing the patient, others harm the patients on purpose knowing that it will generate future business for them.
People go into medicine because its the easiest and more obvious path to getting rich, thats the only thing they care about, they couldn't care less about their patients.

thats why doctors are so easily bribed, which only makes them even more untrustworthy. next the you're prescribed a drug, ask doc if he was given any incentives to prescribe it by the manufacturer. its good odds doc is tricking you into swallowing poison so he can get a few bucks from the pharmakikes

in this case the dealer is the pharma and the junkies are the doctors. kind of shit to go after the victim innit
