In the Brain?

Bigger brains can make you smarter, it accounts for approximately 6% to 12% of variations in intelligence.

Neuron Count. Obviously given with more neurons you can increase the number of circuits (but not the number of neurons). Specifically in the Neo-cortex. Related is also synapse density.

Cortical thickness. Its associated with greater proportional grey matter volumes, thus intelligence.

And thus also Grey matter volumes as well.

More Gyrification (folds). Increases the surface area of the brain leading to faster communication.

Greater white matter volumes. Connects different areas of the brain. Its relevant for communication between different parts.

Thermodynamics. If your brain doesn't use a lot of neuron activation for simple tasks but uses a lot of neuron activation for more complex tasks you will on average be smarter. This may be highly specific to which section of the brain and what context.

But please don't get caught up in "morphology". Use your brain wisely to learn and create, just because someone has a fat head doesn't mean they are smarter (they might have low functioning autism for all you know, and be the most retarded simian on Earth).

I guess I partially meant in the brain but I was mainly referring to the morphology of the body using picrel as an example of numerically perfect morphology
