You can't. It's genetic.

"Workout" is a noun. You meant to say, "Work out."

You cannot. "Resilience" is predestined by God, just as everything else is. Moreover, there is no "resilience" proper, i.e. no tension of opposing forces, anywhere, merely a succession of ordained instances of various values of "resilience", i.e. a man is ordained to experience this much "resilience" here and that much "resilience" there, and whatever "opposing force" ostensibly working against "resilience" is likewise predestined by God, ordained as a succession of instances corresponding in value to the instances of "resilience".

This raises the question why we're so hung up on this idea of overcoming opposition in the first place. We think and feel a particular way and we judge: ''this must not be'' but beyond the surface of obviously udesirable circumstances there's something strange going on because it's not clear what the problem is other than the judgement itself. It's the judging ourselves that causes the most suffering. Why do we insist on doing that to ourselves?

The serenity prayer overlooks the drive of humans to overcome nature and doing so, in a way, defy God or become like God ourselves although that might be part of God's plan.
