What's the scientific non-kooky explanation for the UAPs?

That they are ours, and this is what happens when you dump literal trillions of dollars into cutting edge defense research for 75+ years.

Maybe they're government hoaxes. Or maybe public ones. I was thinking maybe some of the strange properties they have, no obvious propulsion, sudden fast movements etc., could be explained using normal methods. Like in picrel, maybe if you had a tictac ufo tied to a big, extremely fast winch inside a plane or helicopter. Then you could using the winch to draw the tictac toward you really fast. Might work if it's cloudy and the plane with the winch could be above the clouds where it's hidden from view

Slightly kooky but mostly sciency-ish:

probably ours, shown through declassified videos to feign ignorance. Other nations look at those videos and say, "Well, it's not us, it must be someone else" and by process of elimination they realize how far behind they are.

Sciency, not science. It’s a speculative theory based on some shreds of data. Doesn’t mean it’s right or wrong. Plus they also threw in a side story about fungi for some reason.
I give it about 50% bullshit, the rest seems sincere but certainly doesn’t mean it’s true.

It’s a load of boloney.
>laser dot moves as if it was inertia-less
>it totally has to be spacetime bending aliens!
I sometimes almost wonder if ‘theories’ like these aren’t intentional disinformation.

It's ultra gay. Anti-gravity in not real. It's inertial reduction and therefore a reduction in effective mass. Aerospace fag can confirm. Also, FTL is impossible. What is possible is manipulating the relative permeability and permittivity of the vacuum to artificially raise or lower the maximum speed of c. You can't go faster than light, but you can make light go faster.

It is. And you have nooooooooo fucking idea what's out there. Lol. But you will :)

That's a neat theory and all, but you have no idea what's possible and what's not. You think you do, you tell yourself you do and maybe you're even dumb enough to believe it, but you don't.

Every UAP is just something reasonable being misinterpreted by idiots due to the limited amount of data of the particular sample. Things will always exist at the edge of detection range of sensors and they will always look mysterious. There will never be close up footage of such things because if we had more data it'd be obvious what it was to everyone.

That said, many are understood with a bit more investigation. The video OP image is referencing for instance is really just an artifact of the camera's gimbal system (which the government already knew, hence the file name): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsEjV8DdSbs

This is what I think. We proabably have some super advanced drone tech that is being tested on our own military. If the world's most powerful milktary can't track them or shoot them down. What are the chinese or russians going to do?

The Russians are doing nothing because
>A) too broke to pursue it
>B) We stole a good portion of the research from their version of Einstein (Yakov Zel'dovich)
Chang is for sure pursuing it. Everytime you read about chinks building a big fucking vacuum binefringing laser, this is the end goal
>>16170182
Yeah, dipshit, the simplest answer is totally aliens.
>>16170187
UFOs in the 1940s and on are actually easily explainable, especially considering we started this in the 1940's. What if instead of aliens, it was really an experimental aircraft, the drive system developed at LANL and the airframe built and operated out of Kirtland Army Air Field. Experimental aircraft crash, and Roswell is awfully close to Kirtland. Fun fact, Kirtland was the only nuclear capable military installation in the world at the time. Nowadays, Kirtland AFB is glownigger central and home to the Space Vehicles and Directed Energy Directorate of the USAF, with direct research labs (Phillips Lab) on site and affiliate Department of Energy projects at nearby Sandia and LANL.

And aliens is a cover story the government decided to run with because by that time, we realized that the Russians through Fuchs and the Rosenbergs we're balls deep in our nuclear weapons program.

There is none. It is not a scientific problem; science cannot grasp that which is completely beyond our normie grasp of reality, measurement, and its ontological assumptions. Anybody who seriously studies it quickly realized it completely breaks all common scientific rules and barriers of knowledge. The ET hypothesis is nothing more than a cultural smokescreen that is subsumed by the Vallee-ian/Jungian/Platonic pantheistic framework of explanation, i.e our world is more of an illusionary dream world than we could have ever imagined given our dull day to day lives. It will remain a complete anomalous conundrum until something paradigm shattering happens, real or invented/forced.

Sure, sure.
Just change the speed of light. Of course sweety.
