i had an eating disorder and have a milk intolerance. how can i counteract loss of bone density?
currently im taking vit.d3+k2+cal+magn. is that enough or is there something else?

i dont know, i just assume not eating enough and no intake of calcium from diary products lead over time to loss of bone density?

The loss of bone density can either be because of a genetic condition or because of malnutrition. The lack of nutrition comes down to the minerals/nutrients that your bones can absorb to maintain itself. Calcium is fine, but you also need minerals like zinc and copper. If you're unable to get adequate micronutrients/macros, you can take supplements within the recommended doses.
