we are triune in nature and this applies to our brains as well, in which electrical, chemical, and quantum interactions all occur
while we can envision and carry out possibilities that are random to a degree, in the end that is checked by a myriad of other factors that steer one towards a narrower set of possibilities, and ultimately we do have free will and can choose which of those possibilities we envision that we'd like to pursue
