The ventricles? I'm not an expert but old and fat people have bigger ventricles because their brain is shrinking due to having less of it and the ventricles fill up with more water to keep the pressure consistent. Younger adults tend to have smaller ventricles because their brain is still all there.
You probably just have lost a lot of brain cells throughout life, which is normal.
