You might be able to use ROCKE-3D to answer some of your questions.

Not a climate scientist, but once you are at steady state:

-I'd wager that putting the Pacific ocean on the bottom of the world would have some dramatic effects on nutrient transport.
-Much less transport between North and South hemispheres.
-ITCZ obliterated by neurasia
-Much more arid world

What would you suggest the relationship is between these less dense centroids and this conjecture is? Are you suggesting that a secondary axis passes through the axis indicated?

This would be a transient axis were the earth's rotation to switch directions, no?
