In my head I "speak" my thoughts.
Sometimes if I'm zoned out or paying attention to something else while writing my hands will write another word than the one I intended, if it is pronounced similarly or identically. So like writing "pool" instead of "pull" when I was not at all thinking the concept of a pool and it makes no sense in context.
It's miscommunication between the parts of the brain that control my hands and the ones that handle speech.
