Are Mensa Norway and Denmark decent representation of ones IQ? I know it's not as pre, but at least close enough?

Denmark is okay but its a bit myopic since its only a progressive matrix test.
OpenSourcePsychometrics is a test that has actually been studied and compared to the WAIS-III and tests memory, spatial reasoning, and verbal reasoning. The verbal section of the OSP was highly correlated with the WAIS's, with the averages being 107 and 111 respectively. The spatial and memory sections are likely also accurate but deflationary, since they are harder than the WAIS's. I took the OSP and got a 142, and I tested successfully into MENSA a year later. It's likely that it is accurate, but deflationary.

118 Norway and 123 Denmark. I'm satisfied with the results if they are true

They're relatively decent online tests if you're neurotypical with no significant variation between sub-categories of intelligence, as defined by the modern gold-standard tests. In which case you should take more comprehensive online tests (unless you can afford an in-person evaluation by a psychologist), e.g. tests from cognitivemetrics.co

Yeah I made a buddy of mine (who I thought was dumb) take the OSP FSIQ v3 and he shocked me by getting a perfect 150 on the memory subtest but a 107 and 109 on the verbal and spatial tests. I would always recommend a full spectrum test which examines subcategories.
