Finitist bros, what did he mean by this?

Well, he has the right idea, but I'm not sure he's right about everything he says.

nah, euclid is great but stuff like calculus serves many of the same purposes. though I will say that geometry is perfect for Aryan mind which uses a visuospatial intuition, as opposed to a judeo-bourbakist mind which relies on symbols

Potential Infinity is all right for most finitists. they can reason about “all finite numbers” in the form of an algorithm, with the understanding that you still need to write down a particular finite number to use as input

He's right, before we abandoned Euclid there were two genders.

finitists are a joke, but they are infinitely less of a joke that terrence howard, aka mister "the identity property is the jim crow laws of mathematics"(page 18)

I'm a finitist because my only exposure to the philosophy of mathematics comes from a light reading of wittgenstein

What is the issue with considering the collection of all natural numbers, or more strictly, considering that such a collection exists as an axiom?

The issue is that highly autistic and contrarian people with high intelligence are drawn to mathematics and for such people it is literally painful to admit you don't understand something, so to cope they say it's hocus pocus.
Since autistic, contrarian, highly intelligent people can make highly complex valid, and mostly sound arguments, it takes someone with a higher power level to spot the error.

oh, that(except for the last part) is literally just /sci/

Right which is why this is the ONLY math forum anywhere where he has fans. A few curious noobs asking questions? Sure. Probably trolls from /sci/ but still not fans.

Retard, you couldn't even respond to a single point that anon made but instead went on a tangential rant like a retard

Why didn't your post say anything about natural numbers or axioms? It's like you went off on a retarded tangent or something
