Nah not unless "-finite" in "infinite" there means something different from "finite", since things can't simultaneously be true and false in the same way and the same sense.

Yes if you artificially reduce the universe to only the stuff you want to count of course it is finite, but that isn't really adding anything to the discussion or saying anything about the nature of the universe only about your own limited capacity to interact with things.
