It would be cool if we genetically engineered our eyes to work down to microscope level.
Also when someone says "bird have 8 times better vision" what does the bird see? Given the size of a bird eye is much less than a humans, is it really better? How much better can we make eyes? Human cameras are excellent, could there be a way to make a biological eye based on the same tech? Of course asking in broad terms, far far future stuff.

Also be cool if we could regrow our eyes if damaged.
