I get migraines naturally about once a month. This week i've gotten 4 migraines, once every day. The only obvious thing that's changed is that I'm studying math. Maybe I drink too much caffeine, but it didn't have this much of a negative effect on me before.

It's definitely the caffeine. Anything above 100mg of caffeine and dehydration /stress/physical exercise is a good aura migraine trigger for me.
